Aquamatic Samplers Adds To Technical and Service Teams   You are here: Home » News Detail

22nd September 2015

Two new members of the team at Automatic Sampler specialist Aquamatic Limited underline the company’s continued growth and development. Aquamatic has strengthened both the technical development and field service departments to reinforce new product development and support customers’ increasing demand for on-going maintenance to support their OMA/OSM commitments.

In the technical department, Jamie Kaye has joined the team to continue the technical work that has already seen a new version of Aquamatic’s flagship S300 Sampler launched this year. A graduate of Manchester Metropolitan University, Jamie is an Electrical and Electronic Engineer and will work with Technical Manager Richard Hawkins as they introduce new ideas and streamline existing designs to add new functions and new benefits for customers.

On-going maintenance is more important than ever, with the requirement for users of MCERTs equipment to maintain the equipment to manufacturers instructions leading to a substantial increase in demand for this important service. Aquamatic offers both on-site and RTB maintenance contracts as well as on-site repair, commissioning and training. Underlining that commitment, Aquamatic has recruited Michael Orr to add to the company’s capacity in this important area. Michael is working alongside the rest of the service team to expand Aquamatic’s capacity in this area, and will work both in the factory and out on customers’ sites.

Commenting on the appointments, Aquamatic MD Jeremy Smith said, “We’re delighted to welcome Jamie and Michael to the team. We have a lot of development plans, and we need to respond effectively to our customers needs for new innovations and, on the service side, to support our increasing installed base and our customers’ regulatory requirements.”
