A Modern Website for the Modern World

In a time where the ability to gather information is often only limited by how quickly we request it, websites need to be easy to use, viewable on any device and rich in content. In recognition of this Aquamatic has recently launched an all new website to provide for the needs of the modern environmental world.
When Customers need Sampling Equipment or just simply information about Sampling Equipment, either for compliance or internal process improvement reasons, they often do not have the luxury of time on their side. With our brand new website we have acknowledged this, by providing potential (or existing) Customers with immediate extensive product details and visuals in order to for them to make a well informed decision as to what sampling solution they require.

Commenting on the new website, Jeremy Smith, Aquamatic Director, said ‘Today we supply our Samplers all over the world, as such product information and support for this equipment needs to be available around the clock, 365 days a year. To support our Customers and Distributors in this global market we have taken our website to the next level. We wanted to give the user as much of a ‘real life product experience’ as was possible online, to achieve this we have completely redesigned our website to include full 3D product visualisations combined with interactive hotspots which highlight some of the key Sampler features.

Within the new website we have completely restructured our ‘logged in’ Online Document Support library which further improves access to Service / Support documentation for both our own engineers and our approved Aquamatic Distributor network. Having this library means Customers can be confident that the company supporting their Aquamatic equipment has instant access to our latest support instructions and specifications.

Although at Aquamatic we live and breathe Samplers every day, it is not uncommon that when a prospective Customer is first looking for automatic Sampling Equipment (either in reaction to advice from their local Water Utility / Authority or possibly for internal monitoring purposes) they may not have had any previous experience with this sort of equipment. For these companies we wanted to make the introduction to, and selection from, our range as simple as possible, so we introduced the ‘Help me Choose’ option. This enhanced feature allows the user to select key operational characteristics of their proposed sampling equipment, such as ‘Stationary or Portable?’, ’Indoor or Outdoor?’, ‘Sample Cooling’?’ the website then automatically selects the matching Samplers in our range. Following this the Customer can either add their selected Sampler (plus any other optional items) to our new online ‘Enquiry Basket’ which will be sent direct to our Sales Team, or they can simply contact us via one of the more traditional ways to discuss their requirement further.

Commenting further, Jeremy said, ‘We are now dealing with more industrial sectors than ever before, we feel this is symptomatic of the increasing focus on the environment and the watercourses not only by the Environment Agencies and Water Companies but also diligent private industrial companies and the public at large. In these times of increased environmental awareness and the uncertainty of future impacts on it we are encouraged to see the interest in environmental monitoring equipment such as our own being so strong. Providing the best online platform possible for enabling easy access to, and understanding of our Wastewater Sampling Equipment, we feel is critical in this fast moving and increasingly environmentally aware world we live and work in’.
