Aquamatic Strengthens Service and Support

We’ve been working hard to expand our Service Department over the last 18 months, to enhance the high levels of service and maintenance that we provide to our Customers here in the UK and Distributors around the world. Karl Dower, our recently appointed Service Manager commented ‘Our products are used globally, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, it is for this reason we have invested so heavily in our new website, we can now provide instant product information and support documentation to all of those who need it. In addition, once logged-in, our network of Authorised Distributors will have instant access to a rich library of documentation which will assist them in selling to and supporting their Aquamatic Customers anytime of the day and anywhere in the world’.

Jeremy Smith, Aquamatic Director, added ‘Karl has been an excellent addition to the Aquamatic management team in 2024. Our Service Department has enjoyed significant growth over the years, Maintenance Contracts have become a prerequisite for many Customers, along with the ever expanding number of Samplers in the field which need to be promptly and professionally supported when required, Karl is now managing all this along with bringing new ideas and improvements within the department. He is already connecting with Customers and Distributors to introduce himself and listen to their thoughts on how we might further enhance the Service / Maintenance support we provide them. The timing of Karls appointment has also worked very well with the development of our new website, he has been able to contribute towards the Service and Maintenance aspects within the site which will all form part of us providing great product support and service to our Customers’.
